1. You create a username/password for each client using the simple web-based admin page, or allow clients to register their own login.
2. Once clients are registered, you can choose who can access the chatroom and when, again using the same web-based admin page.
3. After you're done with each chat session, you can save all messages (into a word file etc.) by clicking the "Archive" button, and then delete the old messages to be ready for your next chat session.
